You make an order to call a courier in any city of Ukraine to send goods abroad. We agree on the cost of departure, which depends on the country of destination, the actual weight, dimensions, nature of the goods and customs duties.
The average cost of sending documents up to 0.5 kg, according to our practice, abroad is 40 USD, the delivery time is usually up to 3 working days from the moment of departure from Kiev.
The average cost of sending any allowed goods to most countries of the world is 65 USD for the first 0.5 kg, + 7 USD for every additional 0.5 kg. Often cheaper, but sometimes more expensive depending on the specified parameters. For departure, it is enough to give the courier the cargo, the documents (a photocopy of the sender’s passport and a document confirming the value of the cargo) and money. Delivery is usually carried out within 5 working days.

Important note – In case of refusal of a foreign client to participate in customs clearance in the country of destination or pay customs duties and fees, the cargo will be returned and the sender must pay the return journey, therefore we recommend taking prepayment when trading abroad.
In most countries, customs clearance does not require payment if the cost of the goods is less than $ 90.
